Welcome to borsar’s documentation!

Borsar contains various tools and functions for EEG/MEG data analysis and visualisations.
Some functionality that is available here may be later moved to mne-python.

Installation

It’s best to use the Anaconda Python distribution.

borsar has the following dependencies:

To install borsar directly from GitHub (recommended before there is an official release) you can use pip:

$ pip install git+https://github.com/mmagnuski/borsar
